Carrying out turnkey projects  for New Education Building will be constructed in Bornova district of İzmir and having 29.000 square meter in  the gross construction area by following the necessary documentation and application principles of civil, infrastructure, landscaping, electrical and mechanical plumbing works in compatible with the projects, technical specifications, science and craft rules                                                                                                                                                  

Preparing the Tender File (Contract draft, Special and Technical Specifications, Bill of Quantity, Approximate Cost, unit price descriptions, OHS Specifications, Quality Procedures, etc.) of the packages to be tendered and managing the process          

Monitoring and controlling the construction works as per work schedule  Analyzing the cost variances as per the changes in works       

Controlling the superpose, shop drawing and as-built projects   

Ensuring the interdisciplinary coordination    

Arranging the correspondences between Client and Contractor   

Inspecting the site in terms of occupational health and safety     

Carrying out the substantial completion and final acceptance stages

Testing and commissioning of services
